What is your refund/cancellation policy?
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?
To hold your date and time we require a non-refundable deposit, due to our inventory being reserved specifically for you. Only one reschedule will be accepted, we understand that things in life do happen. This deposit amount varies based on the featured service that you book.
How many guests can the GameTruck accommodate?

The Game Truck accommodates up to 20 children
What are the age requirements/ restrictions?
WHAT ARE THE AGE REQUIREMENTS/ RESTRICTIONS?
We recommend guests be 6 or older for birthday parties.
How much space is required for setup?
HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR SETUP?
We ask our customers to reserve 60′ of space to give us plenty of room if we have to parallel park. The GameTruck is approximately 45′ long.
We cannot park in driveways, per our policy, we park in the street as a safety precaution.
Does the GameTruck have air conditioning and heaters? Are they wheelchair accessible? Will the equipment look exactly as pictured on the website?
DOES THE GAMETRUCK HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATERS? ARE THEY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE? WILL THE EQUIPMENT LOOK EXACTLY AS PICTURED ON THE WEBSITE?
We offer a climate controlled GameTruck, that has heat in winter and AC in the Summer.
Yes, The GameTruck IS wheelchair accessible.
For the most part, our GameTruck looks just as it is pictured on the website, social media, and our customer pictures.
We say for ‘for the most part,’ because we constantly upgrade and add new equipment.
Do you allow food and drinks inside the GameTruck?

No, we do not allow food or beverages inside the GameTruck.
How do I book a party?
HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
We make it easy! Use the “Book Now” buttons found everywhere on our website (or click here) and submit in your date time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available.
Once the date and requirements are confirmed, the pay securely online and we are ready to roll out to your event!
What is your policy on photos/videos?
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON PHOTOS/VIDEOS?
Booking our services opts your party into an image release that allows us to take photos or videos that will be used on our social, web, and print media.
If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on media platforms, you may opt-out by notifying us via Email PRIOR to the party, or be sure to choose the “image-opt out” option when booking.
We offer image services to our guests so they can capture memories and enjoy the party at the same time.
